The Human Regenerator is a full-body wellness technology. During your session, you lie comfortably on the open bed while the technology operates around you.​
Your introductory Human Regenerator session lasts approximately 30 minutes. There is no enclosed chamber and no heat involved.
There's nothing you need to do during your session, simply lie back and experience the technology for yourself.

Your introductory visit also includes a complimentary Firefly Light Therapy session.

Firefly is our targeted light-based wellness technology, incorporating red light therapy alongside blue and infrared light, with a range of different frequency settings.
Firefly can be positioned over a selected area. We'll introduce you to the technology and explain your session when you visit.

Your first visit to Regenify™
Your introductory Human Regenerator session lasts approximately 30 minutes, with additional time for your complimentary Firefly Light Therapy session and for us to introduce you to both technologies.
Regenify is based in Harpenden, Hertfordshire, and visits are by appointment.
Before your visit, we'll ask you to complete a short suitability form.

Is the Human Regenerator suitable for everyone?
The Human Regenerator isn't suitable for everyone. Please read our suitability information before booking and complete the required form before your visit.
Important safety notes (please read before you travel)
For your safety, the Human Regenerator is not suitable for anyone with:
-A pacemaker, inbuilt hearing aid, or any other inbuilt electrical pump,
-Epilepsy or a history of seizures
-Pregnancy
-A weight of over 150kg / 23.5 stone due to the proximity of the jets to the cushions
