Train harder.

Go beyond your limits

The Challenge

Rachel, 48, a serious amateur marathon runner. She started her journey with Regenify in January 2026 after an open day, preparing for the London Marathon in the April. She’s thoughtful about health and longevity and had already tried a lot to improve performance and recovery, massage, muscle activation, and hypoxia-based training. The hypoxia work was hard to integrate and impacted her running; she didn’t see the same benefits she later felt with the Human Regenerator.

The Start of her Journey

Real words from Rachel

Rachel began regular Human Regenerator sessions through her training block. Early on, she noticed something clear on her runs: she could hold a faster pace and cover longer distances without her heart rate climbing above her aerobic base. Effort felt higher, but heart rate stayed steady. She also reported no DOMS after key sessions, so recovery windows shortened. When blisters did appear, they healed more quickly than usual.

“I knew the bed was great for recovery but I didn’t realise how much it would help performance. I could run harder for longer and my heart rate stayed in base. Recovery was quicker, and even little things like blisters healed faster.”

The Outcome

What Made The Difference

Performance and recovery:

  • Held longer efforts without heart rate leaving base

  • No DOMS after hard runs; quicker bounce‑back between sessions

  • Faster healing of blisters during peak training

Mobility and comfort:

  • Knee mobility improved after a short Firefly block

  • Calf comfort supported in the race lead‑up

  • Targeted sessions supported cellular energy around the knees and calves

  • Overall training felt more sustainable at ~50 miles per week

Human Regenerator sessions helped bring Rachel’s body back into balance, whilst calming the nervous system, neutralising free radicals and supporting oxygen uptake and blood flow. Firefly Light Therapy was used strategically to further ease inflammation and further support cellular energy around the knees and calves. A strong, steady combination for performance and recovery.

Rachel also continued with Quinton as part of her long‑standing regimen, following guidance she’d received previously from a functional medicine doctor.

What this means

Keep oxidative stress in check, support oxygen delivery and blood flow, meaning less soreness, better tissue comfort, steadier cardiovascular effort. Rachel arrived in strong condition and delivered a highly competitive London Marathon, with better sleep and calmer stress as quiet supports along the way.
