Who we are...
Regenify was founded by Helen and Richie, two people who refused to accept that ongoing struggle was something you simply had to live with.
They built this space because they believe people deserve real alternatives.
People navigating chronic inflammation, persistent pain, sleep disruption, low energy, immune challenges, skin concerns, and mental wellbeing deserve access to emerging options that may genuinely support them.
They’re not distant practitioners. They’re present, involved and genuinely invested in what this means for you.
